Beautiful late 1950s / early 60s nightgown is made by the Shadowline label of two layers of nylon -a silky soft watersheer nylon underneath a floaty sheer nylon chiffon - all in a creamy ivory colour accented with sheer floral lace. The sleeveless negligee features sheer lace straps, a fitted sheer lace bust (sheer lined for comfort), an empire waist and a tapered skirt with a lace trimmed ankle length hem. MEASUREMENTS: Labeled as a size Petite ... the bust measures 34 inches (and therefore fits a bust size 32 best), empire waist measures 27 inches and the gown is 54 inches in length. Vintage Clothing
